DOMESTIC SHIPPING

A flat rate shipping charge of $5 AUD for Standard and $10 AUD for Express is available through the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A flat rate shipping charge of $15 AUD for Standard and $35 AUD for Express is available through the checkout process.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from the Gold Coast, QLD (AEST). The below time frames are estimates only: 

Domestic

Australia: 1 - 4 business days

International

New Zealand: 4 - 6 business days
North America: 6 - 13 business days
Western Europe: 6 - 13 business days
Asia & Pacific: 6 - 13 business days
Rest of World: 10 - 15 business days


IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Henrays Pty Ltd (Henrays) does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Henrays will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Henrays accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.

Henrays is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return an item purchased, please contact us via hello@henrayseyewear.com and we will arrange your return. 

You can return item(s) purchased for a full refund of the purchase price of the item within 14 days of receiving your original order, provided it meets our Terms and Conditions for returns. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange on your purchase if you prefer a different style or colour of equal or lesser value (subject to stock availability).

Please note: all items are required to be returned in original condition with all packaging, tags and labels attached.

The freight cost for change of mind returns will be at your expense. In the event the item returned to us is deemed faulty or defective on inspection, we will reimburse the freight charge incurred. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure they’re packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive to our office, undergo a quality check and for your refund to be processed. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification. Please allow 1-5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
